The RAICES union received voluntary recognition in July 2023. RAICES is headquartered in San Antonio with offices in many other cities in Texas. The first collective bargaining agreement was signed in June 2024. Members work in Advocacy, Communications, Refugee Resettlement, IT, and Legal who “advocate for the rights and prosperity of all our families, neighbors, and community members.”
