Linda White is a 30-year veteran of newspapers, the last 19 years at The Baltimore
Sun until the recent layoffs. During her time in newspapers, she has done photography,
page design, photo editing and writing. Her undergraduate degree in journalism is
from the University of Maryland and her master's degree is from Ohio University.
She lives in Baltimore.
She wrote about the life of an old, wooden Sun ruler.
