Patrick Gutierrez is a 37-year-old freelance sportswriter living in Baltimore. He
has previously written for the Associated Press, The Cincinnati Enquirer and foxsports.com
among other publications, covering sports from the professional to the high school
level. He also wrote for The Baltimore Sun, where he was employed as an editorial
assistant in the sports department, from 2007 to 2009. He has been married for three
years and has a 2-year-old daughter.
